We ship everyday from Australia (QLD) and aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours during weekdays on in stock items. If your order contains a pre order item the order will be shipped when all items are in stock.

Nibble and Rest is proud to offer "DPI", for protection and tracking solutions. DPI offers first-rate shipping insurance with seamless claim filing for deliveries that are forever delayed or lost or stolen. By selecting "the + Delivery Protection Insurance" at checkout, your order will be protected* from damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate event that your order never arrives, you can file a claim and have a replacement sent out immediately. Simply email Nibble and Rest at ("claims@nibbleandrest.com") and provide your order number and your delivery issue and we will resolve it in a timely manner.
For damage, we will need to see pictures of each product and the items that have been damaged* during transit. For insuarnce against lost and delayed packages, we highly encourage the use of DPI. Refer to the DPI Policies for filing a claim caused by lost or stolen packages.
By not selecting delivery protection insurance, Nibble and Rest is not liable for lost or delayed orders, stolen packages, or items damaged in transit.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “theft” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or found around the premises. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days and within 30 days from the last scan by the postal service.
*Nibble and Rest reserves the right to inspect items damaged in transit to determine the extent of the damage and whether a replacement is warranted.
Standard Delivery in Australia is FREE when you spend $120 or more in one transaction, including discounts (final amount amount being $120 or more.) We will use Sendle or Aus Post Standing Shipping depending on your location.

Tracking numbers are provided via email, so please ensure that your email address is entered correctly and that your email is monitored, including junk mail. We deliver to both PO boxes and residential/business addresses.
Nibble and Rest cannot be held responsible for addresses entered incorrectly by the customer. Once posted, we have no control over how long your order takes to arrive. Visit www.auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html for more information.
If you advise that you would like your parcel left without requiring a signature (Authority to Leave), we are not responsible for the loss of the parcel or failure to deliver the parcel.
Once your order is Delivered, responsibility for the product purchased passes to you. This means that the risk of loss and title for your product passes to you upon our delivery to you. If you have requested a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example, as a gift) then you accept that delivery at the recipient’s address is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Nibble and Rest. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
Incorrect address or returned parcels
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.
Undelivered packages or packages with missing items.
In the event that your package is undelivered or items are missing, we require that you complete our Missing/Undelivered Items Declaration. This form will be used to liaise with Australia Post, the delivery service that was used to send your package as well as the Police to determine why your package was not delivered. Please ensure that 14 days have passed before contacting us regarding a lost package. If you would like to fill out a Missing/Undelivered items declaration, please email hello@nibbleandrest.com including your order number.
Refunds for missing items shall be credited to the original method of payment, for the value of the original payment. Replacements will be made for the same value of the good originally purchased. If these goods were purchased on sale, a store credit to the same value of the original purchase will be applied.
International
New Zealand- $15.95 AUD flat rate
Other International shipping fees start from $29.95 AUD and are based on weight
We also offer DHL Worldwide Express starting from $70 AUD (please check your eligibility for this)
International delivery: Times will vary greatly according to location. A standard delivery time frame is 6 - 13 working days.
Please keep in mind that international postage times vary by location. It is the customer's responsibility to track their order. Please understand that Nibble and Rest has no control over delivery times once the package has left our hands, but if you get in touch with us we can provide tracking support.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES (WHERE APPLICABLE)
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Nibble and Rest does not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliance. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Nibble and Rest will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Nibble and Rest will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
