1. By participating in our 40% off sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Sale Period: 
- The 40% off promotion will be valid from May 22, 2025 at 12:00 PM AEST to May 22, 2025 at 12:40 PM AEST. After this period, regular prices will apply.

2. Discount Details:
- The 40% off discount applies to all full price eligible products available on the website during the sale period.
- The discount code will be emailed and advertised during the sale period

3. Bundles:
- Bundles have been repriced to full RRP during the sale so that the sale code can be applied during the sale. This means all bundles will be priced at 40% off full RRP.

4. Eligibility:
- The 40% off discount is only available to customers who complete their purchases within the sale period. Any orders placed outside of the sale period will not be eligible for the discount.

5. Returns and Refunds:
Sale items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange due to change of mind. However, this does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a sale item is faulty you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund, repair, or replacement.

6. Changes to Terms: 
- We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue the sale at any time, without notice. Any changes will be communicated on our website.

7. Non-Transferable: 
- The discount is non-transferable and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
