Terms and Conditions for the Black Friday Sale 2025

  • Our Black Friday Sale will be available for all customers from 9:00am (AEST) on Wednesday the 12th of November 2025. 

  • Discount codes including welcome offer & affiliate codes do not apply during the sale except sale specific codes. You can still use a gift card as payment.

  • Free Gifts must be validly added to the cart and checked out to be received. Gifts are valid on spend of $120 after all discounts applied.

  • Items returned for change of mind will be refunded as a credit note (valid for 3 years) instead of cash.

    • Due to the large volume of orders during our sale period, it may take up to 10 business days for orders to be packed and dispatched. We recommend upgrading to our Express Dispatch and Shipping service if you need your order ASAP! 

    • Customers are able to cancel their orders if they are still within their 24hr order edit period. However, doing so will incur a 5% restocking fee.  

    • Sale pricing applies to completed online orders only. Items in your cart aren't guaranteed until checkout.

    • Discounted prices are valid while listed online only. No price adjustments can be made for previous or future purchases.

    • Daily deals are valid for new offers only and cannot be applied retrospectively. 

    • Items received as a free gift are not eligible for a refund. If you wish to return your sale order, the full RRP of the free gift will be deducted from your refund if the free gift is not also returned.


    • Free items are not able to be added when editing orders. Free items are only added in the initial cart.

    • Free items are limited to one per threshold per order.

    • Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock. We provide an estimated date for the arrival of pre-order items but can't be held liable for delays due to shipping lines.

    • If your order contains something that has been later deemed as out of stock, our Customer Service team will be in contact with you to resolve this issue via replacement, store credit or refund.
