1. By participating in our 40% off sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Sale Period: 
- The 40% off promotion will be valid from November 28, 2025 at 9:00 AM AEST to November 28, 2025 at 1:00 PM AEST. After this period, regular prices will apply.

2. Discount Details:
- The 40% off discount applies to all products excluding Chopping Board Range. Prices will be marked at 40% off and no further discounts or promotions apply. 

3. Bundles:
- Bundles have been repriced to 40% off during the sale.

4. Free Shipping

There is no free shipping available during this sale.

5. Eligibility:
- The 40% off discount is only available to customers who complete their purchases within the sale period. Any orders placed outside of the sale period will not be eligible for the discount.

6. Returns and Refunds:
Sale items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange due to change of mind. However, this does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a sale item is faulty you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund, repair, or replacement.

7. Changes to Terms: 
- We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue the sale at any time, without notice. Any changes will be communicated on our website.

8. Non-Transferable: 
- The discount is non-transferable and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
